General Performance Issues
If you're experiencing issues with the game such as loading trouble, or videos not playing, we recommend the following steps:
1. Make sure that your device's OS is updated to the latest version.
2. Make sure that the game is updated to the latest version.
3. Check your WiFi to make sure your have a strong connection.

Lost Account
If you have lost your account, we will be able to restore it for you! To do so, please contact our Support team with your old Player Name. Once Support is able to locate your old account and restore it, you will be able to log in to your latest save.
Unable To Claim Daily Rewards
If you are having trouble collecting your Daily Rewards, we recommend you force quit the game. Make sure the game is not running in the background of your device before reopening it. Once you log back into the game you should be able to collect the reward as intended. If you are still unable to collect your Daily Reward, please contact our Support team.
Missing Event Or Tournament Rewards
If you have participated in an Event or Tournament and were unable to collect the rewards you should have received, please contact the Support team.
If you are emailing into Support directly, please make sure you have your Player ID ready so that the Support team can find your account. You can find this by opening up the Settings menu in game, and clicking the Gear icon in the top right corner.
