Getting Started

Welcome to Food Truck Tycoon.

When you open the game, you will be guided by the local Chefs through the quick tutorial as shown below. Here you will learn how to set up your Food Trucks, upgrade them and boost your profits. 

Let's begin!

When an available square has opened up it will highlight in green. Tap the green square to bring up your Food Truck menu to place a new Truck in the park.

Your Food Truck menu will display all available trucks you have unlocked.

To collect Gold Coins, tap or swipe over the Trucks. Once you've earned enough you will be able to unlock the next block to place a Food Truck on. Don't forget the tap the flying Drone for more Coins!

Remember, you need to spend money to make money! Don't forget to upgrade your Food Trucks. You can do this by clicking the Lightning Bolt icon in the bottom right corner of the game screen.

Hold down on the generator to upgrade the desired Food Truck. Upgrading your Trucks will cost Gold Coins, but will ultimately help boost your profits in the long run. So remember to upgrade often!

Time to add a new truck! Once you have raised enough Gold Coins to unlock the next lot, you can place your next Food Truck by opening up the Food Truck menu.

Select the next Food Truck from the menu to place it on the lot.

There are other ways to boost your profits and production besides upgrading your Food Trucks. Click the Dinner Plate icon to open up the Store menu.

Here you can use both your in game currencies to purchase boosts for your game, as well as real world currency to purchase Gems. 

Let diners know that your Food Truck park is open! Boost your profits by turning on the Open Now sign atop the Yellow Bus in the bottom right corner. Customers will flock to your Food Trucks!

To activate the sign, tap the Bus and watch a short video. Your profits will double for the next four hours. You can also extend your boost time by watching more videos to add more time to the clock.

You can also bring in the crowd by playing live music. Everyone loves a good show! Tap the Stage to the left of the game to hire a band.

Like the Bus, the Stage will ask you to watch a short video to boost your profits. 

Don't forget to save your game! Click the Baseball Cap icon to the left side of the game to open up the Facebook menu. Connect your game to your Facebook account to cloud save your progress. You can even invite friends and receive free goodies for doing so. It's good to have friends!
