If you made your purchase from an Android device, please provide Support at firstname.lastname@example.org with the number that was emailed to you in your receipt from Google. This number starts with the letters GPA. Once Support has this number we will look into your purchase.
If you made a purchase through an iOS device, please follow the steps below for a refund:
1. Click the following link: https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do
2. Select "Music" from the available options.
3. In the next menu, Select "iTunesStore".
4. In the next menu, select "Subscriptions and Purchases"
5. Select "iTunes Store Account Billing"
6. Choose how you would like to contact an Apple representative (email, phone, etc)
7. In the final menu, fill out the required information fields and hit the “Continue” button to submit your request.
